Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and returns work for:

  • VYTAL Reset (time-bound program)
  • VYTAL+ Membership (recurring subscription)
  • Digital content (downloads, recordings, templates, protocols, etc.)
  • Physical products / bundles / apparel / gear (“VYTAL Fuel”)
  • Third-party / affiliate items

Your purchase of any VYTAL offering means you agree to the terms below.

1. General Principles

Because our offerings include digital education, live experiences, community access, and rapidly delivered intellectual property, most sales are final once access is granted.

We do not guarantee outcomes or results, and we do not offer refunds based on dissatisfaction with personal results.

However, we believe in fairness and transparency, so keep reading for details by category.

2. VYTAL Reset (program / cohort / challenge style)

When you enroll in the VYTAL Reset, you may receive immediate access to proprietary materials (for example: curriculum, daily protocols, prep guides, videos, schedules, nervous system tools, metabolic reset strategies, etc.).

Because of this immediate digital access, all sales of VYTAL Reset are final and non-refundable.

If the program includes scheduled live calls or sessions and we (VYTAL) fully cancel the entire program before it begins, you will be offered either:
(a) a rescheduled start date, or
(b) a refund of the enrollment fee you paid for that specific program.

We are not responsible for your inability to attend live sessions, changes in your personal schedule, changes in your health status, travel, work conflicts, or similar.

Transferring your spot to another person is not permitted unless we explicitly approve it in writing.

3. VYTAL+ Membership (subscription)

3.1 Recurring billing

By joining VYTAL+, you authorize recurring charges (for example: monthly or annual, depending on the plan you selected). These charges will repeat automatically until you cancel.

3.2 How to cancel

You may cancel future renewals of your membership at any time. After you cancel:

  • Your membership stays active until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • You will not receive a refund (full or partial) for the current billing period.
  • After the current billing period ends, your access to membership content, recordings, live calls, tools, groups, and community spaces will end.

It is your responsibility to cancel before the next billing date. We do not issue retroactive refunds for charges that have already processed.

3.3 Upgrades / downgrades

If we offer multiple tiers, you may request to upgrade or downgrade. Pricing and perks may change. Some upgrades may be effective immediately and may result in a prorated or immediate charge. Downgrades usually take effect in the next billing cycle.

4. Digital Products, Recordings, Templates, Guides

Digital purchases (for example: e-books, journals in PDF, protocol sheets, pre-recorded classes, workshops, on-demand breathwork libraries, nervous system exercises, replays, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered, accessible, or downloaded.

Unauthorized sharing, copying, or distribution of digital materials is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination of access without refund.

5. Physical Products (“VYTAL Fuel,” apparel, tools, journals, bundles)

We aim for you to love anything physical you receive. That said, please read carefully:

5.1 Print-on-demand / made-to-order items

Some items (for example: apparel, journals, mugs, or accessories fulfilled via print-on-demand) are produced individually when you order. These are typically final sale unless the item arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery;
  2. Include order number, photos of the product, and clear description of the issue.

If we confirm the item was misprinted, damaged in production, or the wrong item was shipped, we will either replace it or issue a refund for that item (at our discretion). We do not cover normal wear and tear, sizing issues, or buyer’s remorse.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition for any replacement consideration.

5.2 Bundles / kits / physical tools not fulfilled on-demand

If we physically stock and ship an item or bundle directly (not via print-on-demand and not via an affiliate), we may accept returns only if:

  • You contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery,
  • The item is unopened, unused, undamaged, and in resaleable condition, and
  • You obtain written return authorization from us before sending anything back.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped you the wrong item.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we may approve a refund (minus any original shipping charges). If the item is used, damaged, missing parts, or returned without authorization, we may deny the refund.

6. Affiliate / Third-Party Products

Sometimes we recommend or link to products, tools, labs, practitioners, expert directories, or gear sold by third parties. In these cases:

  • You are purchasing from that company, not from VYTAL.
  • That company’s return, exchange, cancellation, and refund policies apply.
  • You must contact them directly for support.

We are not responsible for third-party shipping delays, stock issues, product quality, labeling, safety, or customer service.

7. Class Access / “Free Class” / Live Sessions

From time to time we may offer free classes, intro calls, or bonus sessions. Free access has no cash value and may be changed, rescheduled, or revoked at any time.

If you purchase a standalone paid live class or workshop:

  • If we cancel the class entirely and do not offer an alternative session or replay, we will refund that class fee.
  • If you personally miss the class, that is not eligible for a refund.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. The Effective Date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site or enrollment in any offering after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
